 2nd Annual Ride For a Cause at Bountiful Ministries located at G3432 Pasadena Ave on Saturday, May 17th. Motorcyclists are invited to participate in a procession routed through Flint. Registration begins at 10:30am. The Urban Empowerment Campus is a faith based non-profit Corporation, whos mission is to empower urban residents with jobs, and entrepreneurial skills. Building Strong Women are looking for strong minded women to join our board of directors. We are looking to help battered women, substance abusing women and teen pregnancy issues. Our goal is to get a home for 12 or less homeless women to move in temperarily while assisting them to become productive, independent women with help from professional people, businesses, grants from the government and donations from the community.

Z92.7 is hosting a Choir Contender Contest. Choirs will compete for their for their chance to open for Vicki Winans at the 1st Annual Christian Music Festival on Aug 1st & 2nd. Finals will be held in Riverbank Park on July 19th in conjunction with the GM 100th Anniversary Celebration. There is a $200.00 registration fee per choir.
