Marshall Charloff & the Purple xPeRIeNCE is the most celebrated tribute to Prince in the world. The group was co-founded by Marshall Charloff and Matt “Doctor” Fink (keyboardist from Prince & The Revolution) in 2011 – an era in which Prince closely monitored the use of his art. Their vision was to deliver Prince’s music at the highest level, played live and untracked by skilled musicians, while paying respectful visual homage through costuming and likeness.
Come out on Saturday, May 10th from 10-2pm at the Creasey Bicentennial Park North Pavilion for the Community Yard Sale! Shoppers are free to attend. Setup will start at 8:30am. Event will be open to shoppers 10-2pm.
April in Wonderland: Event by The What’s Up Downtown Project – Join local mad hatter, Orange Marmalade, Tuesdays at 6:30pm on a 60 minute guided walking tours of Downtown Flint with curated themes and fun inspired by the works of Lewis Carroll! The food pantry is open on Tuesdays from 11AM–1PM. Anyone in need of food is welcome, regardless of residency. Guests may visit the pantry once a month.
